1. Shipping Liability
A tracking number will be sent to your registered email once your parcel is dispatched. If your package is lost, stolen or damaged during transit, please contact our customer support within 7 calendar days after the tracking system marks the item as delivered for assistance.
2. 15-Day Money-Back Return Policy
2.1 Basic Eligibility
You may submit a return request for a full refund within 15 calendar days after receiving your package, only if the goods are purchased directly via our official US independent website.
This return policy is exclusively for orders from our official store. Items purchased on Amazon, Walmart or other third-party marketplaces shall follow the respective platform’s return rules. We take no responsibility for after-sales issues of third-party channel goods.
2.2 Mandatory Return Requirements
All return applications must be submitted within the 15-day post-delivery window; requests exceeding the time limit will be rejected.
Return packages must contain complete original packaging, all accessories and user manuals. Refunds will not be fully issued if any original attachments are missing.
