We allow returns and exchanges within 15 days after delivery. Items must be unused, undamaged, and kept with original packaging and tags.
For damaged or incorrect orders, contact us within 7 days with valid proof for a free replacement or full refund.
Customer-initiated returns require buyers to cover return shipping fees. We process all approved refunds via the original payment method within 5-10 business days after inspection. We reserve the right to update this policy without prior notice.
